• Five to seven years of progressive supervisory or management experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with clients and senior leadership.
• Strong scheduling, staffing coordination, and workforce administration.
• Knowledge of state licensing requirements and personnel qualification standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
