Liberty seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee security and IT infrastructure programs across multiple sites. You will lead diverse stakeholders, shape scope and budgets, and drive project plans to on-schedule delivery.

Responsible for cost control, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, you will mentor a team of project managers while upholding safety and quality standards. Remote options may be available.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• PMI/PMBOK, PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
• 8+ years of program management experience with teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee security and IT infrastructure programs across multi-site portfolio.
• Define scope, cost, schedule, vendors, and contractual deliverables.
• Develop plans, monitor milestones, and report status.
• Manage financials including labor burn, forecasting and variance.
• Mentor project managers and drive process improvements.
