Zusammenfassung

Concentric seeks a Program Manager, Security Operations to lead embedded teams supporting client programs across the US. You will recruit, onboard, and supervise vendors and embedded staff, manage timesheets and expenses, and coordinate with HR, Recruiting, and Finance to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Program management experience with embedded programs and vendor oversight.
• Operational experience in protective services with field deployment.
• Experience coordinating HR, recruiting and finance for field programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and obtain necessary licenses.

• Collaborate with recruitment to place embedded staff in client programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction, performance, and well-being.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to embedded employees.
• Oversee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including timesheets and performance reviews.
• Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with client needs and policies.
• Draft proposals and budgets for client engagements and internal initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
