Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead security installation programs across client facilities. You will coordinate contractors, manage schedules, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates possess 3+ years in related PM roles, strong communication, and experience with CCTV or access control systems. This role requires problem-solving, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to project risks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PM experience in security, construction or related industries.
• Experience managing large multi-site projects.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus, not required.
• College degree preferred but not required by experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple security installation projects at client facilities.
• Coordinate contractors to meet safety, schedule, and milestones.
• Monitor progress and address risks and obstacles.
• Serve as primary liaison between client, contractors, and teams.
• Provide regular status updates and maintain project documentation.
• Support closeout activities and ensure deliverables are complete.
