Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred.
• Experience with DoD contracts and security clearances
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and mission success
• Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow
• Manage performance in cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems
• Support contract negotiations and changes
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and coordinate program reviews with leadership
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Travel up to 20% to domestic locations
• Other duties as assigned
