Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of program management experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred.
• Experience with DoD contracts.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and mission success.
• Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow.
• Manage performance in cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or subsystems.
• Support negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
• Prepare proposals, business plans, and performance SOWs; manage budgets and financial terms.
• Act as primary IPT lead and coordinator for assigned programs.
