Senior Program Manager – DoD ISR Programs

Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee programs across the lifecycle, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and finance. You will manage costs, schedules, and technical performance while communicating status to leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience and a TS/SCI clearance; DoD program management and proposals are key components. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Candidate must have, or be willing to submit for and obtain, a Top Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Direct experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) methodology and tools.
• Familiarity with military communications systems is desired, specifically datalinks.
• Experience with US Government (Specifically DoD) acquisition, contracting and program management.
• Military or Intelligence Community Experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 4+ years Program Management or related experience within a DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage development and production programs using EVMS methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams within a matrix organization for program execution.
• Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers to identify opportunities and resolve issues across the program lifecycle.
• Provide concise status reports on risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead proposal teams to develop competitive DoD proposals.
• Must be able to support occasional travel.
