Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree with senior program management experience in defense/aerospace.
• Alternative: 19+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active US Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Targeting & Sensing Systems program(s) across locations.
• Own the strategic direction, P&L, and performance; manage budgets.
• Develop, manage, and report financial forecasts.
• Provide executive briefings to stakeholders and customers.
• Direct proposals, budgets, and contract terms; oversee risk and governance.
• Manage a team of Program Managers, coaching and succession planning.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with matrixed leadership to achieve objectives.
• Ensure resources—engineering, manpower, production, facilities—are available.
