Responsibilities

• Lead the Targeting & Sensing Systems portfolio strategy and P&L across multiple locations.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across all program phases.
• Develop and report financial forecasts; provide executive briefings to stakeholders.
• Direct the preparation of proposals, budgets, and contract terms.
• Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers; drive cross‑functional collaboration.
