Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 2+ years of related experience or six years of experience in lieu of degree.
Graduate degree in a technical field with 0–2 years of related experience.
Experience in defense or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion to ensure timely delivery.
Drive program execution to meet orders, revenue recognition, and operating income targets.
Act as primary IPT lead and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel up to 20% to domestic locations.
