Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering from ABET-accredited college required.
• EIT or FE certification preferred.
• Six+ years of progressive engineering, supervisory, or construction/field experience in related industry required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Strong communication, planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and third-party design firms to produce Issued for Construction drawings.
• Manage RFIs and design changes; support commissioning and as-built documentation.
• Lead design reviews at milestones; coordinate owner, engineers, and third parties.
• Oversee integration of engineering activities; approve designs and technology integration.
• Lead engineering department initiatives and collaborate on new projects.
• Partner with project managers to ensure design intent is understood during construction.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
• Review and approve materials; ensure accurate takeoffs for procurement.
• Coordinate regularly scheduled calls and meetings; support procurement and site teams.
• Travel up to 25% as required; streamline processes and assist with special projects.
