Blattner Company, based in Avon, Minnesota, is hiring Senior Electrical Engineers for our renewable energy units across Solar and Wind. You will lead engineering execution from award through design, construction support, commissioning, and closeout, coordinating with Owners, EOR, Construction, and internal teams to deliver safe, cost‑effective solutions.

Mentor junior engineers and drive standards across projects.

Formación

• ABET‑accredited degree in engineering is required.
• Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification required, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Four or more years of progressive engineering experience on utility‑scale renewable energy, industrial, EPC, power generation, or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multiple engineering priorities while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering activities from project award through design delivery, construction support, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain Basis of Design (BOD) documentation, reviews, RFIs, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering with Owners, Engineers of Record (EOR), Construction, SCM, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, specifications, submittals, and third‑party packages for quality and constructability.
• Support procurement through equipment reviews, submittals, and vendor documentation.
• Manage changes, design revisions, and field support during construction; mentor engineers.
