Blattner Company is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering execution for utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects from award through closeout. You will coordinate with Owners, EORs, construction, and internal teams to ensure safe, constructible, and cost-effective designs that meet schedule and budget.

You will mentor Engineers and CAD Designers, drive basis of design, and review technical deliverables while promoting engineering standards and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited college degree in engineering or related field.
• EIT/FE certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Four+ years of progressive engineering experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy, industrial, EPC, power generation, or heavy infrastructure projects.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering activities from project award through design delivery, construction support, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Develop and maintain Basis of Design (BOD) documentation and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with Owners, EOR, Construction, Project Management, and internal teams to ensure quality and schedule.
• Review drawings, calculations, specifications, submittals, and third-party packages for constructability and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and CAD designers to promote best practices and standards.
