Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Principal Analyst, Program Cost Controls to oversee NASAMS program finances within the LADS SBU. You will manage EACs, cost forecasts, and variance analysis across multiple programs using APEX/SAP EVMS tools.

The role emphasizes material execution finance, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure contracts meet negotiated parameters. A strong background in EVMS and SAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP Business System and MS Office.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial information for portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Create Estimates at Complete (EACs) including costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform detailed financial analysis for program and SBU cost elements.
• Prepare program forecasts, monitor costs, explain variances to plans.
• Support cost estimates for new proposals and basis of estimates.
