Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician Supervisor for our facility in Fairburn, GA on the 2nd shift. The role will supervise personnel, review data, provide recommendations, and work directly with customers to resolve issues.

A strong emphasis on ISO compliance and cross-functional collaboration is required. Responsibilities include coordinating with warehouse sites, auditing orders, tracking performance, and driving service improvements while maintaining effective communication

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of communication with customers and warehouse sites; advise customers of service failures and coordinate resolutions.
• Audit daily order processes; ensure all orders are sent to each site.
• Monitor and report all errors for performance tracking.
• Work with Inventory Control, Transportation, and warehouse sites on service resolutions.
• Oversee service provider performance and engage providers for service improvement.
• Communicate order changes with warehouses and coordinate shipment schedules.
• Maintain ISO compliance documents and train personnel to required standards.
