The role emphasizes lean leadership, training, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity targets while coordinating with maintenance and engineering to meet production schedules.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including supervising hourly production employees.
• Experience in electronics, capacitors, or precision manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and direct daily manufacturing activities to the weekly build plan; release work cards weekly.
• Lead, develop, and supervise production leads, operators, and technicians; manage training matrices.
