Zusammenfassung

Xcimer Energy is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Tucson, AZ facility to keep the wound film capacitor line running safely and reliably. You will maintain and repair winders, vacuum drying, impregnation systems, ovens, test equipment, and related machinery, applying your mechanical/electrical skills to support continuous production and reliability.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, document work in Boltline, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure process

Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Experience using electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools, including digital multimeters.

Aufgaben

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and production equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and utilities.
• Inspect for wear, damage, leaks, abnormal operation, or other conditions that could lead to equipment failure.
• Develop and improve preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replaced in Boltline.
• Identify recurring failures and coordinate with engineering to implement corrective actions.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning.
• Maintain spare parts inventories and work with suppliers for replacements.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout, electrical safety, and other workplace safety requirements.
