Job summary

Xcimer Energy in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the wound film capacitor line running safely and reliably. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical equipment along the line, including vacuum drying, impregnation systems, ovens, and test gear, applying strong hands-on skills to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance, equipment repair, or manufacturing equipment experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic and electromechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule.
• Document maintenance and repairs in Boltline MES.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering for process-impacting repairs.
