Job summary

Xcimer Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own the health of the capacitor line in Tucson, AZ. You will lead process ownership, documentation, and continuous improvement to raise yield and rate on a running line, with a focus on quality and repeatable standard work.

The role requires 7+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, a BS in an engineering field, and hands-on experience with SPC, RCA, and MES/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related engineering field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing or process engineering on a production line.
• Strong problem-solving, change control and RCA experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the released manufacturing processes for the capacitor line.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, setup sheets, and stage inspections.
• Lead RCCA on process-driven escapes to closure.
• Apply SPC and data analysis to reduce variation and improve yield.
• Collaborate with Maintenance on preventive maintenance and spares.
• Drive Lean initiatives to improve yield, rate, and workflow.
