Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar quality management systems; experience maintaining certification-level processes.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, process capability assessment, and data-driven quality methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective cross-functional communication.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, electrical schematics, and test reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, formalize, and implement inspection protocols, test methodologies, and checklists for capacitor production.
• Maintain process control and monitoring systems, including SPC charts and control plans.
• Lead RCA/RCCA investigations and implement CAPA for deviations and defects.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering to verify manufacturability and validate new designs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, reduce variation, and support CI initiatives.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage calibration and maintenance schedules for production and metrology equipment.
• Evaluate incoming raw materials such as dielectric films and potting compounds.
• Interface with Procurement to resolve non-conformances and drive supplier quality improvements.
• Publish monthly dashboards on defects and supplier quality statistics.
