RK Industries, LLC in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Production Team Leader to direct a shop crew, ensure safe, high-quality production, and meet daily goals. You will read blueprints, manage workflow, train new employees, and coordinate with leadership to track production progress.

This role requires 1–3 years in a shop environment, supervision of 3–8 crew members, and a focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery of outputs. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with shop production environment.
• Manages daily activities of 3-8 member crew.
• Creates and manages schedules for crew.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct shop team members to deliver daily production goals.
• Provide information on daily production to manage production tracking.
• Communicate status of orders to shop leadership.
• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create equipment and products.
• Prepare layout and fabrication of piping spools from production drawings.
• Inspect and document product compliance and perform quality control inspections.
• Train new employees and maintain accurate time records.
• Work closely with fabrication team members in a collaborative team environment.
• Arrange maintenance of relevant shop production equipment.
• Identify product defects and communicate them to shop leadership.
• Plan and delegate prioritized workflow assignments as directed by shop superintendent.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly shop floor and enforce PPE/5S.
