Job summary

Innophos is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing activities within the assigned department, ensuring EH&S compliance, quality, and efficient operations. You will coordinate with Sales, Maintenance, and Quality to meet production goals and maintain GMP standards while guiding a unionized hourly team.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and process improvements, collaborating across plant operations and corporate functions to drive operational excellence and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a unionized hourly workforce
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP) and budgeting know-how
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Understanding of GMP, safety protocols, and housekeeping practices
• Ability to plan production needs and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing activities and monitor daily production performance
• Collaborate with Maintenance for repairs and preventive maintenance
• Coordinate with Quality on product quality and testing
• Lead up to 20 hourly reports and manage staffing levels
• Promote EH&S standards and train personnel on safety procedures
• Participate in audits and manage budgeting and cost controls
• Communicate effectively with plant and corporate personnel
