Siemens in the Memphis area is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Southaven, MS facility just outside Memphis, TN. The role will supervise 10–15 hourly workers across shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production while coordinating with Purchasing, Planning and Warehouse teams.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent, 2+ years in a supervisory role, SAP experience, and strong data analysis skills.

Formación

• 2+ years in a supervisor role in assembly/manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data collection and analysis.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Improve safety for all personnel on and around production lines.
• Drive initiatives to reduce errors, improve quality and productivity.
• Adhere to production schedule and assign personnel.
• Plan and document training of personnel.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
• Coordinate with purchasing, planning and warehouse teams.
