Job summary

Siemens AG in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring a Production Supervisor for Electrical Products. You will lead manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and develop the next generation of manufacturing talent.

This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on supervision of daily production activities. Responsibilities include optimizing resources, interpreting engineering drawings, coordinating with purchasing and planning, and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in assembly or production operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical proficiency and use of hand tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Improve safety across production lines by implementing EHS practices and addressing hazards.
Meet production schedules by prioritizing work, assigning personnel, and balancing resources.
Supervise, coach, and develop production employees with clear expectations.
Maintain product quality by interpreting drawings and manufacturing specs.
Coordinate with purchasing, planning, warehouse to maintain material availability.
Lead daily production activities with shift reporting and risk escalation.
Maintain productive labor relations under the collective bargaining agreement.
