Job summary

Thomas Foods International, USA is seeking a Supervisor to lead the XXX Department’s production operations. Reporting to the manager, you will collaborate with plant leaders, coach staff, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety and quality targets.

You will supervise production teams, manage scheduling, ensure timely training, and drive performance metrics in a fast-paced facility compliant with USDA standards. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• 1–2 years in cutting/processing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, staff, and direct production operations.
• Review daily operations to ensure optimal production.
• Supervise production staff; approve timesheets and schedule changes.
• Ensure training and staff development; maintain employee relations.
• Maintain production metrics and report results.
• Drive QA systems to meet USDA standards.
• Run production lines and ensure orders finish before shift end.
