Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly associates across receiving, order processing, production and shipping, ensuring finished products move smoothly through the warehouse.

You will champion safety, quality and lean practices while maintaining USDA and facility standards and driving productivity on the floor. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Know-how of quality systems and safety standards (ISO/OSHA).
• Familiarity with ERP SAP and MS Office applications.
• Able to work 2nd shift and maintain schedule discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Coach and develop associates; monitor performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimise output.
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA, HACCP and environmental policies.
• Maintain production records and communicate status to management.
