Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and ensure all systems and procedures are followed.
• Identify and resolve processing issues by coordinating equipment or process adjustments.
• Gather feedback from production associates to improve workflow and plant performance.
• Communicate effectively between shifts and complete detailed shift reports.
• Lead daily operating system meetings to support production goals.
• Oversee training, development, and progress of production associates.
