Job summary

Diamond Foundry is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and drive efficiency across shifts. The role emphasizes strategic oversight of production throughput, safety culture, and high-level troubleshooting to keep output within our quality standards.

The supervisor will manage a cross-functional team of technicians, mentor staff through the Training Qualification Program, and coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering on complex issues while upholding

Qualifications

• Extensive manufacturing leadership experience (3+ years) with progressive responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of EHS regulatory requirements and workplace safety standards.
• Strategic communication of technical challenges to management and teams.
• Advanced data literacy with MES software and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and own production outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shift workflows and cross-functional coordination to meet throughput and yield targets.
• Serve as primary technical resource for equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Oversee Training Qualification Program and mentor staff toward higher expertise.
• Escalate technical problems and coordinate with Maintenance or Engineering.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance, with 5S/Lean practices and ISO 9001 readiness.
