• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and SOPs.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and engage teams while fostering accountability.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct all production activities to meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Establish work schedules, assignments, and production requirements.
• Monitor performance and assist in troubleshooting.
• Advise and counsel Production team members, using progressive discipline when needed.
• Ensure safety procedures and a safe, accident-free work environment.
