Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct the production line teams on assigned lines, ensuring products meet quality standards and process specs. You will coach and mentor staff while upholding safety and environmental policies.

You will partner with management to set schedules, monitor performance, and address HR matters including payroll, recognition, and accountability to foster a positive, productive work environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and SOPs.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and engage teams with accountability.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct all Production activities for assigned lines to meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Establish work schedules, assignments, and production requirements in coordination with the Production Manager.
• Observe work and monitor performance; assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Interpret production specifications and determine acceptability of in-process production.
• Support activities such as Maintenance and Engineering.
• Maintain communication with Operations Management on production requirements.
• Counsel Production team members and apply progressive discipline when warranted.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe, accident-free environment.
