Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production line teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of quality products. You will coach and mentor direct reports, address payroll and recognition issues, and report to the Production Manager.

You will supervise all production activities, set schedules, monitor performance, troubleshoot, and coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering. A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production processes, and SOPs.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and engage teams while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all Production activities for assigned lines to meet process specs and quality requirements.
• Develops knowledge and abilities of direct reports by coaching and mentoring; handles payroll and recognition issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures; report to Production Manager.
