Job summary

This Production Supervisor role drives manufacturing excellence through leadership of value streams, adherence to QMS, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor teams, implement IPS principles, and ensure adherence to quality KPI’s while maintaining a safe, compliant production environment across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or combination of education and 5 years of experience.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment with Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Understand what it means to lead, know how to take leadership actions, create and share a coordinated vision, and align the organization on what needs to be done.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, company policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
• Direct supervision of manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People performance goals; coordinate resources and equipment efficiently to meet production goals.
• Engage in IPS-based manufacturing excellence: enterprise alignment, sustained change leadership, standardization (5S, standard work), and associate engagement.
• Build and develop teams by setting objectives, promoting diversity and open communication, mentoring, and upholding quality across the team.
