Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high-volume manufacturing experience and strong communication skills.
• Lean and 5S experience is highly beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Panasonic production process employees.
• Achieve KPIs for safety, production, quality, and costs.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Kaizen events.
• Maintain daily shift reports and headcount tracking.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Technical School degree + 2-5 years supervisory experience
