Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related work experience with a minimum of 1 year in a leading role.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Experience in food processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of front-line employees and motivates them to achieve productivity and goals.
• Schedules, tracks attendance, and reviews/approves time off for direct reports.
• Manages inventory records and requisitions ingredients/supplies to meet delivery schedules.
• Ensures safety and compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, and Simmons policies.
• Analyzes production reports to meet throughput and quality requirements.
