Qualifications

• Willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
• Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.
• Familiar with computers and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of front-line employees to meet daily production requirements.
• Schedules, tracks attendance, and approves time off for direct reports.
• Maintains inventory records and coordinates with other departments.
• Reviews daily production against customer requirements and maintains line speeds.
• Promotes a safe work environment and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
• Fosters continuous improvement using LEAN concepts to reduce waste.
• Manages personnel performance and participates in HR-related actions.
