Responsibilities

• Leads an assigned production team to meet daily goals and ensure safety, teamwork, and product quality.
• Schedules, tracks attendance, and approves time off for direct reports.
• Plans and monitors work, maintains inventory records, and coordinates with other departments.
• Reviews production metrics (throughput, yield) and drives continuous improvement to reduce waste.
• Maintains a safe work environment and adheres to Simmons, OSHA, and FDA/ USDA regulations.
