Simmons Foods, Inc. seeks a seasoned production supervisor to lead a frontline team in our Arkansas facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while delivering against daily production plans.

You will schedule staff, monitor attendance, manage inventories, and coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements. Emphasis on LEAN improvement and employee development in a fast-paced food processing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related work experience with at least 1 year in a leading role.
• Experience leading production teams and coordinating with other departments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a team of front-line employees to drive productivity and meet daily production requirements.
• Schedules, tracks attendance, and approves time off for direct reports.
• Maintains inventory records and requisitions ingredients or supplies as needed.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance with FDA/USDA and Simmons policies.
• Applies LEAN concepts to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Coordinates with other departments to optimize production flow and cost efficiency.
• Reviews daily production against customer requirements and analyzes throughput/yield.
