Simmons in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a front-line production team in a fast-paced facility. You will oversee product processing, packaging, and storage while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage scheduling, attendance, and time-off approvals, drive continuous improvement using LEAN methods, and coordinate with Human Resources, Safety, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance to meet daily production goals and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related work experience required.
• Experience in food processing preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead a production team to meet goals and ensure safety and quality.
• Schedule, track attendance, and approve time off for direct reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and recordkeeping.
• Drive continuous improvement using LEAN concepts to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA guidelines and company policies.
