Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shop Supervisor to oversee production departments, drive efficiency, ensure quality, and uphold safety standards. You will lead and mentor staff at all levels, coordinate cross-department activities, and manage time sheets and production planning to meet targets.

You will monitor KPI and QC data, implement lean practices, and present monthly project updates to management, while maintaining 5S and safety compliance across the floor.

• Experience leading and inspiring teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of safety and health laws and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage production quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develops and promotes safe, healthy, and productive working environments for departments.
• Lead and provide management oversight for employees at all levels in their departments.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal guidelines related to safety and health.
• Coordinate activities across departments to meet operational goals.
• Review and adjust processes, time sheets, and BOM-related tasks for production readiness.
• Monitor KPI data and QC metrics and present updates to leadership.
