Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience with a high school diploma.
• Associate degree holders require 5+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelors degree requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to communicate with coworkers at all levels.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze setup time and ensure accuracy; review labor hours and meet production control schedules.
• Define production standards and monitor performance of personnel.
• Ensure quality checks and QA processes are performed to produce high quality products.
• Train new employees on policies, safety, and procedures.
• Assist with implementing and administering company policies consistently.
• Observe personnel and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety in a factory setting.
