Job summary

Sweep Production is seeking a Production Supervisor for onsite duty in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role leads the shift production team, coordinates with other departments, manages timesheets, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in supervision, plus commercial/technical education.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in manufacturing preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience required.
• Commercial or technical education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shift production and related activities.
• Facilitate and lead communication between shifts and other departments.
• Establish standard work practices and ensure procedures followed.
• Cooperate with other departments to maintain quality, delivery and material flow.
• Manage weekly production timesheets and supervisor coaching.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management within the department.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and training completed.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to employees.
