Job summary

Valeo in Winchester, VA seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with OT as needed. You will lead Production Associates on a high-speed line, drive daily production goals, and ensure safe, compliant operations within a diverse, global tech company focused on greener mobility.

Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of education. Candidates should have 3+ years supervising manufacturing teams, and be proficient with Google or Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3+ years in production supervision or maintenance supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company.
• Experience using Google or Microsoft applications for email and document purposes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Production Associates and hourly personnel on 2nd Shift.
• Manage absenteeism and enforce safety rules.
• Perform environmental risk analysis and oversee performance of Associates.
• Achieve daily production goals and ensure targets are met.
