Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience in lieu will be considered.
• 3+ years in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Google or Microsoft applications for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–4 hourly Production Associates on 2nd shift.
• Manage absenteeism and enforce safety rules.
• Conduct environmental risk analysis and monitor performance to meet daily production goals.
