Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision in a high-speed manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 12–15 hourly associates on 2nd shift.
• Manage absenteeism and enforce safety rules daily.
• Drive daily production goals to meet targets.
• Oversee environmental risk and performance of staff.
