Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Winchester, KY. You will supervise 3-4 hourly Associates and oversee daily absenteeism, safety rules, environmental risk analysis, and performance to meet production goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience, with 3+ years in production or maintenance supervision in a high-speed manufacturing setting. Experience with Google or Microsoft applications is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company.
• Experience using Google or Microsoft applications for email and document purposes.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 2nd Shift.
• You will supervise approximately 3 - 4 hourly Associates.
• On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates. You will manage daily production goals to ensure the production goals are met.
