Job summary

Valeo, a global automotive supplier, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3PM-11:30PM) in Winchester, KY. You will oversee Production Associates, ensuring safety, attendance, and performance while driving daily production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production or maintenance supervision in a high-speed manufacturing environment and can use Google or Microsoft applications for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but experience in lieu will be considered.

This position is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11:30 PM, with OT as necessary

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 2nd Shift

You will supervise approximately 3 - 4 hourly Associates

On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates

You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met

What You Should Have

You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered

You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company

You have experience using Google or Microsoft applications for email and document purposes
