Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift in Smyrna, TN. You will supervise production associates, ensure daily targets are achieved, and uphold safety and quality standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

** Position is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2PM CST - 10:30PM CST , with some Weekends **

What You Will Do

• You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st Shift
• You will supervise approximately 12 - 15 hourly Associates
• On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
• You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met

What You Should Have

• You preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
• You have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
• Experience with Google or Microsoft administrative applications
