Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of roughly 52 hourly Associates on a high-speed manufacturing line. The role involves daily management of absenteeism, safety rule enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of production supervision experience (or maintenance supervision) and a Bachelor's degree is preferred though experience may substitute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on D Shift.
• You will supervise approximately 52 hourly Associates.
• On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates.
• You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met.
