Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot.
• Experience running Proliet and Brewmax software.
• Extended standing and lifting up to 50 lbs in a production setting.
• Proficiency with Outlook, MS Office (Word/Excel) and portals.
• Able to communicate with all levels of staff, vendors, customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brewing operations including wort production, fermentation, filtration, scheduling, sanitation, inventory and record keeping.
• Lead brewing team across shifts; manage staffing and optimize labor costs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on new product development and staff events.
• Develop and improve brewing processes; monitor safety, quality, and audits.
• Recommend personnel actions and performance evaluations for hourly staff.
• Attend department meetings and train on new processes and equipment.
