Qualifications

• Associate degree in business/industrial mgmt or equivalent.
• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Proven experience in managing, leading and motivating staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct team members to meet quality and cost targets.
• Plan and schedule production to align with forecasts and requirements.
• Monitor yields, material usage, and prepare monthly line reports.
• Analyze process capability and capacity for efficient planning.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering on equipment needs.
• Lead implementation of GMP, HACCP, 5S and food safety standards.
• Manage shift activities to meet goals and ensure safety and compliance.
• Review supplies, schedules, and reports for next day planning.
• Investigate root causes of issues and coordinate corrective actions.
